
Vineyard: The average age of the vines is 25-30 years. The altitude of the vineyards is between 160-230m. The vineyard is cultivated using natural and mechanical working methods (natural grass cover, biodiversity and biological life of the soil are respected)
Varietal Composition: 70% Pinot Noir & 30% Chardonnay
Vinification: Traditional method.
Tasting Notes: Beautiful pale gold dress with green highlights. Thin and intense bubbles with a persistent “collar”. The nose is complex and aromatic, combining powerful and delicate aromas of mixed nuts (hazelnuts, almonds), citrus fruits and white fruits (peach) with finally brioche aromas. The attack is elegant and round, suave and voluptuous. The long finish will seduce you with its freshness.
Paired With: It can be an excellent aperitif, but also ideal with a creamy fish, white meats in sauce, be appreciated with a foie gras and desserts based on dried fruits.
