Vinification: Champagne Morel Cuvee Gabriel is made only from the best juice from the first pressing: the Cuvee juice.
Tasting Notes: Its color is pale gold with slight green hues. Its nose is fine and elegant with aromas of spicy white fruit, as well as buttery and slightly vanilla brioche notes. This champagne is fresh, fruity and elegant with exotic fruit aromas. The balance is perfect.
