Vineyard: Protected Geographical Indication Drama. The vineyard is surrounded by mount Falakro from the North, mount Menikio from the West, while at the north-east rises mount Pangeon. It extends to an altitude of 250m, while the soils are light to medium in composition with a slope that favors good drainage. Its orientation from north to south benefits the slow ripening of the grapes.
Vinification: Classic white wine vinification with skin contact method at 8-12°C. It ferments in stainless steel tanks and it follows short maturation on the fine lees.
Tasting Notes: A delightful blend characterized by its brilliant green-yellow color which combines the aromatic richness and structure of the Sauvignon Blanc with the crisp acidity of the Ugni Blanc and the fruitiness coming from the Muscat of Alexandria.
Paired with: Cooked dishes with vegetables, pasta with basil sauce and salads with goat cheese.
Served at: 8-12°C.
Aging potential: Will respond to aging for up to 3-4 years after harvest.
