Vineyard: Privately owned vineyards in Nemea, where only organic farming is applied.
Vinification: Classic red vinification. The wine ages for 6-8 months in oak barrels and 12 in the bottle.
Tasting Notes: Deep ruby colour. Complex bouquet with intense presence of red fruits and sweet spices which are accompanied by vanilla and chocolate aromas left by the oak ageing. In the mouth has a great volume and tannins that offer to the wine a great ageing potential.
Paired with: Grilled red meat, game and soft cheese.
Served at: 18°C.
