Vineyard: Beaune, Côte de Beaune, Côte-d'Or. Made from 17 Beaune Premier Cru vineyards chosen for their distinctive qualities. The old pinot noir vines are planted on stony limestone soil, using traditional methods, and the grapes are hand picked at the optimum moment of ripening.
Vinification. Classic red vinification. The wine is then matured in French oak barrels, 25% to 35% of which are new, for 12 months.
The cellars of the historic Château de Beaune offer the ideal conditions to apply the ageing of the Premier Crus.
