Grape varieties: Blend based on Limniona Vineyard
Location: Merias Altitude: 380 meters
Vinification: Strict grape selection followed by appassimento (air-drying process for an extended period). Slow fermentation with maceration on skins for up to 60 days. Aging Aged for 18 months in a combination of new and used 500L oak barrels.
Tasting Notes: Aromas of herbs, dried flowers, and fruits such as fig, cherry jam, and sour cherry. The palate is rich and concentrated, with dark fruit, spices, and well-balanced acidity. The tannins are round and juicy, leading to a very long, mineral-driven finish.
Serving Suggestions Serve at 17°C. Decant for at least one hour before serving.
Will continue to evolve for at least 15 years under ideal conditions.
