Vineyard: PGI Pieria - Planted at 400m altitude
Vinification: Grape sorting on a vibrating conveyor belt table. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks. 12-month maturation in a combination of French oak barrels (225L), and clay amphoras. Unfiltered.
Tasting Notes: Typical varietal aromas dominated by ripe red fruits and cedar. The palate is opulent with juicy fruit. Ripe and well-structured tannins, balancing acidity. Sweet spices and oak notes. Long and complex finish.
Paired with: Meat with red sauce, game, aged mature cheeses.
