Vineyard Location: Avlagas Altitude: 380 meters Orientation: East-West Slope: 6% Cultivation Organic, dry-farmed, with no synthetic fertilizers used Yield: 500 kg per stremma (0.1 hectares)
Vinification: Co-fermentation of both varieties with carefull grape selection. Burgundy-style vinification with fermentation in open-top tanks, including whole-cluster fermentation. Maceration with skins for up to 15 days. Aging 12 months in used 500L French oak barrels.
Tasting Notes: Aromas of small red fruits, bell pepper, cinnamon, and floral hints. The palate is elegant, with juicy fruit, spice, pronounced acidity, and vibrant tannins. The finish is long and spicy.
Serving Suggestions Serve at 16°C. Enjoy now or cellar for up to 10 years under ideal conditions.
