You can call us from Monday through Saturday betwwen 10:00 and 22:00 an on Sundays 11:00-19:00.
How Can I place an order?
Simply click the Add to Cart button and your chosen wine(s) will be added to you Shopping Cart (in the top-right corner of the screen). You can continue to shop for other wines and cases and add these to your cart in the same way. To see or check the contents of your cart you can use the Preview Cart link. If you change your mind or want to adjust quantities, simply click View Full Shopping Cart. When you have finished shopping, click on the Proceed to Checkout button and either log in or (if you are a new customer), provide your billing and shipping information.
What are the payment methods?
-Via Credit card, for amounts above 100€, up to 6 interest free installments can be made.
*If your credit card is issued by a foreign bank please choose Paypal as a payment method.
Either with a pre-existing Paypal account or simply by completing the details of your card without creating an account.
-By depositing the total amount using one of the following bank accounts that GENKA COMMERCIAL SA holds
-Cash on delivery. * This payment method can be selected only for deliveries in the Athens’ district or local pick up from our shops.

When will I receive my order?
The orders with destination Athens are delivered within 3 working days. Same day delivery is possible upon request. Deliveries in the provinces of Greece, might take longer than 3 days to be delivered.
Can I return my order?
Refunds or returns cannot be accepted due to the fact that wines & spirits are sensitive products and need to be kept in certain conditions. At Cellier we guarantee that these products are kept and transfered under appropiate means in order to insure their excellent condition upon arrival.
Cancel an order
In case i cancel my order how can i get my money back?
In case you cancel your order (which has not been delivered), your total amount will be rufunded in the same payment method that you had chosen during your order.
