Sarpa Oro is grappa made from Cabernet and merlot grape varieties and then aged in 225 liters French oak barrels. In its elegant simplicity it holds the whole history and passion for distilling of the Poli family.
Nose: Exotic and citrus fruits, liquorice and vanilla.
Palate: The floral and candy notes that make Poli's unaged version so appealingcombin with the french oak that give notes of vanilla and fresh cut wood.
Aftertaste: Very long with the floral notes and a very smooth vanilla.
Serve: at temperature of 18-20°C.
