Po’ Di Poli is a single grape-variety grappa. Made from "Gewurztraminer" grape variety, which means "Spicy Traminer" the main organoleptic characteristics this vine offers to the resulting wine are freshness, spicyness and an intense fruity aroma.
Nose: Balmy herbs, resin and spices, mainly pepper.
Palate: The traminer flavours are very well attributed. Citrus notes from lemon and lime and a hint of ginger.
Aftertaste: Long and sweet and a bit spicy.
Serve: At temperature of 10-15°C
