Vinification: A unique PDO (Protected Designation of Origin) wine, with the unique flavor and aroma of the legendary Black Mesenicola variety and the 30% French Syrah & Carignan variety. Small French oak barrels are groomed for a year and can mature perfectly for another 10 years in the bottle.

Organoleptic characteristics: Full body, full aftertaste of floral aromas and forest fruit and soft tannins. The ruby color, intoxicating to the eyes, carries memories of its long history.

Serving Suggestions: roasted red meat, hunts and red sauces, smoked cheeses and sausages but also with fruits like apple and pear.

Served at: 16-18oC after the bottle has been rested to breath for at least 15’.
