Poire Williams is one of the most delicious and aromatic spirits made from fresh pears from alsace! It is produced by fermenting ripe fruits for six weeks, followed by distillation at as low a temperatures as possible in order to maintain its characteristic aromatic bouquet. Then the distillate ages and the blending part takes place in which the successful art of a good distiller is shown! 

It has intense aromas of ripe pear with notes of white pepper. The juicy pear dominates in the mouth while the peppery notes are present. The aftertaste is long and spicy. Enjoy it frozen after eating!
