"Capri Mimosa"

1 part Limoncello Maurizio Russo

3 parts champagne or Prosecco.

Fill an ice shaker and add Limoncello and then the frozen champagne or sponge and stir with gentle moves to avoid too much foam. Serve in a glass of champagne and garnish with orange peels.
