Product description
Vineyard: The vineyard is located at Beaumont-en-Veron, in the region of Loire, which has mostly sandy soil.
Vinification: The sorting of the grapes is done by hand and by machines. The bunch of the grapes are desteemed and the maceration takes place in heat-controlled stainless steel tanks for 15 days.
Characteristics: Ruby color and delicate in the nose, with red fruit prevailing such as strawberry and blackberry. In the palete it is well rounded and fruity.
Paired with: Roasted red meat, cheese and cold cuts of meat. It serves ideal as an aperitif too.
Served at: 14-16°C.
Aging: 3-5 years.
