Vineyard: Privately owned vineyard in Perpatiara (Tegea, Arcadia, Greece). For the production of Amalia Brut, natural sparkling wine, the grapes are picked while their sugar are still low.   

Vinification:The grapes are harvested early for low potential alcohol in order to create the base wine. Traditional method is used with the second fermentation in the bottle.   

Tasting Notes: An elegant sparkling wine with a light, yellow-green colour and fine bubbles with intensity and duration. Aromas of rose peral, brioche and honey are lifted by a refreshing acidity.

Paired with: Marinated sea bass.
