Beefeater London Dry was born and bred in the heart of London where it still remains after over 150 years. The soldier on the label is a Yeoman Warder (Beefeater) dressed in ritual dress.
Beefeater Gin contains nine different herbs: juniper, angel root, angel seeds, coriander, licorice, almonds, iris root, neagra, and lemon peel. These herbs are wetted for 24 hours before being distilled for eight hours.
Nose: Pine forest aromas and an intense juniper, sweet licorice and citrus notes.
Flavor: Jupiter, citrus, coriander and licorice.
Aftertaste: Freshly cut coriander, lemon zest and pine-like notes.

In a tall glass with ice, put all the ingredients, a few drops of lime and decorate the coctail with lime and a basil leaf.
