Vineyard: Vineyards at P.D.Ο. Meliton Slopes in Halkidiki, with sandy clay soil.

Vinification: Two diferrent methods of vinification. For Syrah variety was applied the saignee method, while for the varieties Cinsault and Mouvredre was applied the maceration method.

Tasting notes: A bright rose wine with aromas of strawberry, mango, violet, houndberry and candies. The mouth is in harmony with the nose, while is boosted by aromas of peach, watermelon and chocolate in a background of minerality. Rich creamy wine with great intensity, that is in balance with acididity and a soft feeling of tannins.

Paired with: Risotto, pasta, roasted meat, seafood with tomato sauces and cheeses.
