Product description
Vineyard: Cotes de Provence.
Vinification: Destemming and slight crushing at 7-8°C to avoid oxydation. Both the free run juice and pressed juices are vinified in stainless steel at controlled temperature. Battonage is twice weekly.
Tasting notes: Bright light pink color. Fruity with aromes of white peach, mango, pink grapefruit and passionftuit. Fresh and crispy on the mouth with a delicious aftertaste.
