Vinification and maturing Fermentation took place in stainless steel vats under controlled temperatures (18°C). The wines were blended a minimum of 6 months according to specifications laid out by J. Moreau & Fils before being bottled.
Tasting notes Pale gold in colour. Very intense nose with notes of lemongrass, guava and white-fleshed fruit. Lively attack opening up to flavours of gooseberry.
Food and wine pairing Excellent served chilled as an aperitif, but is also the ideal match for salads, cold meats and fish.
