High West Distillery is passionate about the wild natural beauty of the American West. High West American Prairie Bourbon whiskey is named after American Prairie Reserve, the largest nature reserve in the contiguous United States.

Marking the beginning of a new era, High West Distillery opened in 2015. Today, Master Distiller Brendan Coyle and his team are working to carry High West's vision into the future, creating blends inspired by the spirit of Utah and the West. 

High West American Prairie Bourbon is a blend of straight bourbon whiskeys aged from 2 to 13 years.

Nose: Light caramel and sweet vanilla

Taste: Rich and earthy on the palate with well balanced flavors of candy corn, honey nougat and sweet corn bread biscuits

Finish: Vanilla with a hint of caramel apple
