Vinification: The wine is initially vinified from Muscat grapes like a "normal" sparkling wine. With the subsequent use of the so-called spinning cone column, the alcohol is then extracted from the sparkling particularly gently.
Tasting Notes: Pale yellow color, with a lively bubble. Delicate floral aroma with rich fruity notes of banana, coconut and tropical fruits. On the palate it is cheerful, lively, festive, with a fine acidity reminiscent of apples.
Paired with: Excellent as an aperitif, ideal for all kinds of fish, seafood and rice dishes.
Served at: 8ºC.
