Vineyard: 100% Asystiko from Goumenissa at Kilkis.

Vinification: The vinification process starts with pre-fermentation maceration. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in new oak barrels of varying origins and types, and is followed by ageing for 6 months on the lees with regular bâtonnage.

Tasting Notes: On the nose there is a vivid aroma of pine, because of the resin, that is in balance with citrus aromas. The subtle minerallity is in harmony with the oak, that adds some notes of smoke, vanilla and brioche. The mouth follows the aromatic profile of the nose and the aromas of lemon and lime offer a refreshing acidity. A wine with creamy character, with a hint of biscuit and a long aftertaste.

Paired with: Seafood and shells.

Served at: 12 -14 °C.

Aging potential: Up to 10 years.
