Vineyard: Mantinia.

Vinification: The grapes are harvested early for low potential alcohol in order to create the base wine. Traditional method is used with the second fermentation in the bottle.   

Tasting Notes: An elegant sparkling wine with a light, gold colour and fine bubbles with intensity and duration. Aromas of roses, brioche and honey are lifted by a refreshing acidity and creamy mouth.

Paired with: Marinated sea bass, seashells.   

Enjoy at: 8-10°C.     

Aging: For 6-8 from the harvest.
