Vineyard: The vineyards are found in the ‘‘Golden Triangle’’ of Provence, with some of them located in Saint Tropez.

Vinification: The cutting‑edge technology in combination with the ton of winemaking experience, has undoubtedly led to the most representative expression of Provence’s terroir. In order to guarantee the long living delicate aroma of Provence Rosé, the harvest took place during the night. The extremely careful handling of the fruit and the modern winemaking techniques, brought out the flavour profile, maintaining the freshness of the wine. 

Tasting Notes:  Light hue of pink in sight, while the nose delivers roses, red berries, grapefruits and peaches wrapped in a sense of minerality. The palate delivers terrific fruit intensity and  vibrancy, combined with fine texture and bright acidity, finishing delightfully long and refreshing.

Paired with: Refreshing summer salad, shrimp and seafood dishes.
