Vineyard: Grapes, grown on the mountainous Koutsi and Asprokampos regions of Nemea, shallow clay layer.

Vinification: The grapes are harvested, processed, and directed into vats, where the grape skins will remain in contact with the must for 4-6 hours, thus allowing the wine to acquire its final pale and bright colour.

Tasting notes: Pale rose colour. The aromas and the flavors of the wine consist of a freshness of red fruits. The aftertaste is soft and refreshing.

Paired with: As an aperitif, with a light meal and Asian cuisine.
