This Gin is distilled in three small batches to ensure that all ingredients are injected into this unique Gin. The first distillate uses a combination of 5 plants which are its base. The second distillation, is enhanced with 3 herbs that give a "twist" and add the distinctive "personality" of Old Sport. Finally, the last distillate gives the "Greek element": Mastiha. Mastiha is the resin that is concentrated by the mastic tree and has a heavy "licorice" flavor.

Nose: It is fresh with a distinct aroma of the juniper, accompanied by earthy spices, cardamom and flowering notes.

Palate: Different flavors such as citrus, pine and mastic are distinguished in the mouth.

Aftertaste: Vivid and balanced leaves a sweet feeling in the aftertaste.
