The white Enotria consists of 70% Vilana, 20% Sauvignon Blanc and 10% Muscat Spinas.

Vineyard: It is located at an altitude of 350 meters at Daphne of Heraklion, Crete.

Vinification: Classic white vinification in stainless steel tanks at 18°C. Each variety is vinified separately and at the end of maturation the blend is made.

Tasting Notes: Light yellow colour with a beautiful aromatic profile. Stone fruits such as peach as well as exotic fruits like pineapple contribute to a very pleasant taste. Its crisp acidity brings a very delightful result and a refreshing aftertaste.
