Appellation: Langhe Nebbiolo D.O.C.
Varieties: 95% Nebbiolo, 5% Barbera.
Vineyard: Sori Tildin (located in the commune of Barbaresco).
Fermentation: With the skins in stainless steel tanks (3 weeks). Aging: twelve months in barriques, 18 months in large oak casks.
Tasting notes: Displays the roundest tasting profile of all Gaja single-vineyard wines. The rich body, supple texture and fine, ripe tannins are typical for this wine of great finesse, the quintessential expression of the land and the Nebbiolo grape. This wine has extraordinary aging potential.
