Product description
Vineyard: 'Marmarias' vineyard lies along Parnonas' mountain foothils, at 750 meters altitude. It is characterised by claystone soil and low yields that reach the 6500 kg/ha.
Vinification: 100 % Chardonnay. Classic Burgundian vinification, with the fermentation starting in stainless steel vats and finishing in oak barrels. The wine stays on it's lees for 4-5 months.
Tasting notes: Bright yellow colour. In the nose, intense aromas of appricot and pineapple fit together with vanilla and roasted oak from the barrel. In the mouth, it is full-bodied, with the flavours of yellow fruits being blended with its fine oaky character, offering a long aftertaste.
Paired with: Oily fish and vegetables BBQ.
Served at: 10-12°C
